Terms of Service
Last updated: 12 June 2026
These terms govern your use of the Veylo service during its closed beta. They will be expanded before any public launch. By using Veylo you agree to these terms.
1. Beta software
Veylo is provided as a closed beta via Apple TestFlight. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice. We do not guarantee uptime, data durability, or backwards compatibility during the beta period.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and resident in the United Kingdom to use the Service.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of the photos, videos, and other content you upload. You grant Veylo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, transmit, and display that content for the sole purpose of operating the Service.
You are responsible for the content you upload and must have the right to upload it. You must not upload content that is unlawful, infringes third-party rights, or violates the rights of people depicted.
4. Acceptable use
You must not:
- circumvent the geo-fence or upload content from outside an event boundary;
- impersonate another person;
- upload illegal, harassing, or hateful content;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or other users' data;
- scrape, redistribute, or commercially exploit content other than your own.
5. Business accounts and verification fee
Business accounts require identity verification operated by Stripe and a one-time £9.99 verification fee. The fee is non-refundable except as required by law.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the App.
7. Liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email; continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
