Net cash saving: ~£340/month. Veylo needs to bring one extra coffee and cake order (~£12 gross margin) per month to be net-positive. (Illustrative UK figures.)

Two ways to subscribe. Subscribe here and we bill you directly and send a VAT invoice for every payment. You can also subscribe in the iPhone app, where Apple takes the payment and manages the subscription for you; App Store prices are shown in the app before you commit. Either way, the features are identical and the subscription belongs to your business account, not to the Apple ID that paid for it, so every manager sees it.
Identity verification is free and included in every plan. Prices shown in GBP; EEA businesses are billed the euro equivalent shown at checkout.

FAQ
How is this different from boosting a post on Instagram?
Boosted posts reach whoever the algorithm targets — most of them are nowhere near you and will never visit. Veylo only surfaces your event to people physically near your venue, at the moment they're deciding where to go. They've opted in to local discovery rather than having an ad interrupt their scroll. Your event gallery then lives permanently as proof-of-quality, even after the event ends. A boosted post disappears the moment the budget stops.
Do I have to pay to get verified?
No. UK and EU anti-money-laundering law require us to verify the identity of any account that can take payments, so every business goes through an identity check before it can sell tickets or run PUBLIC events. The check itself is free — you only ever pay for a plan.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. If you subscribed here on the web, cancel from the Customer Portal. If you subscribed in the iPhone app, cancel from Manage Subscriptions in your Apple account — Veylo can't cancel an Apple subscription on your behalf. Either way, your existing PUBLIC events stay visible to nearby customers during a grace period; after that they return to PRIVATE.
Do you take a cut of ticket sales?
Selling tickets is included in all paid plans. Standard takes 5% + 50p per ticket; Pro takes 4% + 50p; Enterprise takes 3% + 50p. Ticket revenue flows directly to your Stripe Connect account, minus the platform fee. If you don't sell tickets, there's no transaction fee at all.
Is there a free trial?
Standard comes with a 14-day free trial. Pro and Enterprise start when you subscribe — if you upgrade during a Standard trial, the trial ends and your new plan starts straight away.
Which plans include analytics?
Pro and Enterprise include the analytics dashboard: who saw and joined your events, how they found you, and what sold. Standard includes everything you need to run public and ticketed events.
What happens if I move to a smaller plan?
Your existing events keep running exactly as they are. The smaller plan's limits apply to new events and to changes you make after the switch.
What happens after my trial?
You're charged the plan price monthly (or yearly, if you chose that). Cancel anytime — you'll retain access until the end of the current billing period, then 30 more days of grace before existing events go dark.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Web subscribers upgrade or downgrade from the Customer Portal, with changes taking effect immediately and billing prorated. App subscribers change plan from Manage Subscriptions in their Apple account; Apple applies the change at the next renewal for downgrades and immediately for upgrades.
Is my business too small for Veylo?
No. Veylo was built for independent cafés, gyms, yoga studios, and small venues — not large venues with dedicated marketing teams. If you currently spend anything on Meta or Google ads, Veylo is cheaper and better targeted. If you spend nothing on ads, Veylo gives you geo-fenced reach you couldn't afford before.
Where does Veylo work?
UK and Europe in Year 1, with geo-fenced events anywhere you set them up.
